Hey there shoulder pads! The 80s were all about volume and that ever so popular wedge silhouette! In some cases, I do find this to be flattering, in others... not so much. There are definitely some 80s trends reappearing, i.e. bright colors, wedge silhouettes, baggy tops and more. Should it stay or should it go? I don't know yet we'll have to wait and see. One thing is for sure, those hairstyles better stay away from the present!

1970s
The 1970s is making a come back in my opinion. all of those maxi, slim line dresses, skirts, etc.. are in and I'm obessed. For someone tall and slender like myself, this silhouette is very flattering. It is also comfortable. Something about a maxi dress or skirt says easy going and who doesn't like to feel that way sometimes?
1960s
The style of the 1960's is a personal favorite. I love the attitude, the colors, and the silhouettes. It's very slim line. I especially love the Yves Saint Laurent color blocking dress. It is a classic. Majority of what was made in the 60s inspires my style today. I love pretty much everything about it!
1950s
The beloved 1950s! These pieces embody the classic housewife I picture when I think of the 1950s. Clean lines with a-line and full silhouettes. They are covered and they show off they're body with accents at the waist, not cleavage. There's definitely an innocence about the look in my opinion. Love it!
